Take a dal wash and cooked with salt,tumeric powder.
Take a mixing bowl put flour,salt and oil add water make a soft dough keep a side.
Take a wok put oil add hing,jeera and garlic saute then add gi ger and onion saute.
Then add tomato puree and red chilli mix keep a side.
Take a dough make a ball roll on and cut in cookie cutter then dokli put in dal and cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes dal dokli put in onion tadka then add lemon juice and garam masala.
Then serve garnish clarified butter.
