  • Chana dal 1cup


  • Arhar dal 1cup


  • Turmeric 1/2tsp


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Red chilli 1/2tsp


  • Garam masala 1/4tsp


  • Cuminseeds 1tsp


  • Ginger chop 1/2tsp


  • Garlic chop 1/2tsp


  • Onion chop 1


  • Fresh tomato puree 2tsp


  • Clarified butter 1tsp


  • Oil 2tsp


  • Wheat flour 1cup


  • Salt 1/4tsp


  • Oil 1tsp


  • Hing 2 pinch


  • Lemon juice 1tsp

Directions

  • Take a dal wash and cooked with salt,tumeric powder.
  • Take a mixing bowl put flour,salt and oil add water make a soft dough keep a side.
  • Take a wok put oil add hing,jeera and garlic saute then add gi ger and onion saute.
  • Then add tomato puree and red chilli mix keep a side.
  • Take a dough make a ball roll on and cut in cookie cutter then dokli put in dal and cook for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes dal dokli put in onion tadka then add lemon juice and garam masala.
  • Then serve garnish clarified butter.
